By using surfshackgolf.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is run by Surfshack Enterprises LLC, Belton, Texas.

Products and designs. Surf Shack Collegiate Collection items are original Surf Shack designs inspired by college towns and team colors. They are not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any college, university or athletic conference. Officially licensed items we carry are bought through authorized channels and are labeled as such.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep stock and photos accurate. If an item is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a refund.

Preorders. Preorder items are charged at checkout and ship once they arrive, usually in 7–10 business days. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund before it ships.

Used items. Used clubs and bags are sold as described and pictured, and are final sale.

Order limits. We may limit or cancel orders that look fraudulent or that are placed for resale.

Giveaway. The Surf Shack Giveaway is governed by its Official Rules.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
