Shipping policy

We ship within the United States from Texas.

Shipping rates:
- Up to 5 oz (for example, one tee or a few ball markers): $5
- Over 5 oz: $10
- Orders over $100: Free
- Golf bags: $40 per bag, not included in free shipping

In-stock items ship within 2 business days.

Preorder items ship in about 7–10 business days. Preorder items are clearly marked "Preorder" on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship them together once everything is ready, or separately at no extra charge.

Bags and clubs ship in their own box.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then email us within 7 days and we'll help. If a package arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
